How much
does a reading cost?
A credit card reading costs £29.95 for twenty
minutes. At 18 minutes the reader will advise you
that you have two minutes left. If you wish to
continue the reading beyond twenty minutes you can
do so at a cost of £1.50 per minute thereafter.

What is the difference between the credit card line
and the premium line?
A reading on the UK Premium line can only last a
maximum of 20 minutes, while a call from an Eire
premium rate number can last up to 37 minutes before
the call is terminated. All calls are recorded for your own
protection and cost £1.50 per minute from a BT
Landline, €2.40 ROI and you must either be the bill
payer or have the bill payers permission to use the
service. You must also be over 18 years of age.
You are very much in control of the call length on
the premium line, and you could say end the call in
15 minutes or say 7 minutes if you wish.
When you phone the 0800 line for a credit card
reading, one of our friendly receptionists will take
your details and get one of our experienced readers
to call you within 3 - 5 minutes. You will be given
the choice of what readers are available and there
skills and abilities, and guided to the most
suitable reader for your needs.
Your personal details that you give over the phone
are safe, and will be destroyed for security
reasons. Readings on the credit card line are not
recorded, however, if you would like to have a
recording of the reading please ask when you book
the reading with the reception staff.

How are your readers different from the other
companies out there?
All of our readers have to go through a strict
application process. They have to have two
interviews and also do two test readings. They then
have to go through a Mystical training programme to
ensure that they are working to the correct legal
standards, company policy and that the readings that
they give are of the highest possible quality.
It is not easy to become a reader at Mystical,
because we are looking for the X factor. They not
only have to have a very exceptional talent, but
also have to have a very special personality as
well.
All of our readers are genuine mediums and
clairvoyants. They do not use tarot cards or tools
within their readings. They link purely with their
spirit guides and bring forwards honest information
from the spirit world, about what is going on around
you at the moment and the possible way your life
could travel.

Can Psychics / Mediums and Clairvoyants predict the
future?
No one can predict the future. However, the sprit
world can see what is going on around us and the
most likely way life could travel given those
current set of circumstances around us. We do have
free will. If for example: you want a new job and
you see an advert in the paper for another job, if
you chose to apply and attend the interview you
are more likely to be successful, If you chose not
to apply, your possible destiny will change
accordingly and you will most likely stay in your
old job.
In other words, we all co create our own future, and
are really in control of our own lives.

How is a telephone reading different from a face to
face reading?
With a telephone reading you can enjoy a reading in
the comfort of your own home, without needing to go
to the mediums home or esoterical shop. However the
principle is still the same for the reading as the
medium is still linking with spirit and working with
your voice link and the energies around you. It
would be unlikely to have any difference on quality
or accuracy, either or. The telephone psychic
however, is working 100 per cent with their
professional psychic abilities and can not pick up
any clues about you from dress sense, body language
or mannerisms etc.

How
often should I have a reading?
That is very much your decision. Clairvoyant
readings are very much a form of psychic
counselling, which you may chose to take advantage
of while you are going through a difficult time in
your life. Our readers are trained not to allow a
client to become too dependant, and if this could be
suspected of happening, would either be discouraged
from phoning too often, or be guided to the
appropriate helpline or professional to take them
forwards.
As a rough guide I would say, during a difficult
time once per week and then say once per month or
one every three months thereafter.

What is the difference between a medium and a
clairvoyant?
All of the readers at mystical are likely to use
both skills within their readings.
Clairvoyance translates as Clear Seeing, where
mental imagery can be seen in their minds eye, the
third eye chakra. The sprit world communicates via
telepathy so the clairvoyant can also get mental
impressions of sprit communications. Clairscentience
is clear feeling, feeling and sensing what is going
on around someone and Clairaudience is clear
hearing. With Clairaudience the telepathic
communication is heard as a voice, but usually it is
an inner one.
Mediumship translates are midway between extremes. A
medium can prove by giving evidence that the human
personality survives physical death.
A mystical reader will be able to pick up what is
going on around you, the possible way your life
could travel and be able to give you evidence from
the sprit world with who is telling them the
information they are receiving.

Should I ask questions in the reading?
All of our readers are 100 percent professional and
will be able to give you an accurate reading,
without you giving information away. However, they
are working with your voice link, so you would need
to say Yes and no etc. If you feel that you would
like more clarification or more detail on something,
you are welcome to ask as many questions as you
wish.
