Your Questions – Mystical Mediums UKA credit card reading costs £29.95 for twenty minutes. At 18 minutes the reader will advise you that you have two minutes left. If you wish to continue the reading beyond twenty minutes you can do so at a cost of £1.50 per minute thereafter. You can also have a 10 minute reading @£14.95 or a five minute quick question @£7.50 What will appear on my credit card statement? We offer a discreet and sensitive service. Our call charge will show as ‘Mystical’ on your statement. Credit card line and premium line information A reading on the UK Premium line can only last a maximum of 20 minutes, while a call from an Eire premium rate number can last up to 37 minutes before the call is terminated. All calls are recorded for your own protection and UK premium calls cost £1.50 per minute from a BT Landline, €2.40 ROI, and you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payers permission to use the service. You must also be over 18 years of age. You are very much in control of the call length on the premium line, and you could say end the call in 15 minutes or say 7 minutes if you wish. When you phone the 0800 line for a credit card reading, one of our friendly receptionists will take your details and get one of our experienced readers to call you within 3 - 5 minutes. You will be given the choice of what readers are available and told their skills and abilities, and guided to the most suitable reader for your needs. Your personal details that you give over the phone are safe, and will be destroyed for security reasons. Readings on the credit card line are not recorded, however, if you would like to have a recording of the reading please ask when you book the reading with the reception staff. However, the spirit world can see what is going on around us and the most likely way life could travel given current circumstances. Our readers use information from spirit guides to help you to see more clearly the choices available to you and to assist you in planning your very own destiny How does a telephone reading work? With a telephone reading you can enjoy a reading in the comfort of your own home. The medium is linking with spirit and working with your voice link and the energies that surround you. The telephone psychic is working 100 per cent with their professional psychic abilities and therefore cannot pick up any clues about you from dress sense, body language or mannerisms etc. A telephone reading is therefore much more likely to be more accurate as no off putting visual factors will effect the reader. How often should I have a reading? That is very much your decision. Clairvoyant readings are very much a form of psychic counselling, which you may chose to take advantage of while you are going through a difficult time in your life. Our readers are trained not to allow a client to become too dependant, and if this could be suspected of happening, would either be discouraged from phoning too often, or be guided to the appropriate helpline or professional to take them forwards. Should I ask questions in the reading? All of our readers are 100 percent professional and will be able to give you an accurate reading, without you giving information away. However, they are working with your voice link, so you would need to say Yes and No etc. If you feel that you would like more clarification or more detail on something, you are welcome to ask as many questions as you wish. A pre booked credit card reading can be cancelled at any time prior to the reading without penalty and a full refund will be given. Once the call has commenced on the credit card line and if you feel that you have not connected with the reader or are dissatisfied with the service in any way within the first five minutes, you can end the call and telephone customer services number 0800 043 1026, we can then either give you an alternative reader to take your call or provide you with a full refund. If the call lasts for 20 minutes or longer and you are still dissatisfied with the service, you will need to put your complaint in writing with as much detail as possible so that it can be investigated properly and where a refund or part refund will be considered . If your complaint is about the premium rate service , you will also need to include a copy of your telephone bill with the complaint , which will detail the time and date of the call.
